Heat Resistance: It can withstand a wide temperature range from -20℃ to 250℃, making it suitable for both low-temperature refrigeration and high-temperature baking scenarios.

Non-toxic & Environmentally Friendly: Aluminum foil is non-toxic, odorless and in line with food safety standards. It is recyclable, which conforms to the concept of green and low-carbon development.

1. Specifications & Types

Alloy Grades

Different alloy grades are used for different application scenarios:

1050/1060/1100: Suitable for household foil, food packaging foil, with good ductility and non-toxicity.

3003: Anti-rust aluminum foil, used for lunch boxes, bottle caps and composite packaging.

8011: The most widely used grade, suitable for pharmaceutical blister packaging, food flexible packaging and sealing films.

8079: High-sealing pharmaceutical aluminum foil, mainly used for high-demand pharmaceutical packaging.

Thickness & Width

Thickness and width can be customized according to customer needs, with conventional specifications as follows:

Thickness: 10～25μm (household foil), 30～80μm (food packaging foil), 90～120μm (pharmaceutical blister foil), 0.15～0.20mm (industrial heavy foil), 12～16μm (battery aluminum foil).

Width: 200mm, 300mm, 450mm, 500mm, 600mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, 1220mm, 1500mm, custom slitting available.

Temper (Hardness)

O Temper (Soft): Easy to bend, compound and package, suitable for most packaging scenarios.

H18 Temper (Full Hard): High stiffness, used for bottle caps, stamping parts and other products that require good support.

H22/H24 Temper (Half Hard): Suitable for forming lunch boxes, containers and other products.

Note: 1. For aluminum foil used in food and pharmaceutical packaging, the harmful elements shall meet the following requirements: Pb ≤ 0.01%, Cd ≤ 0.01%, As ≤ 0.01% (guaranteed by the supplier's process).

2.Main Applications

Food Packaging: The most important application field, including canned food, beverage packaging, snack packaging, fresh-keeping packaging, baking foil and lunch boxes. It can effectively keep food fresh and prevent contamination.

Pharmaceutical Packaging: Used for blister packaging of tablets, capsules and other drugs, with good sealing and moisture-proof performance to ensure the stability and safety of drugs.

Industrial Applications: Used in electronic components, air conditioning heat exchangers, insulation materials, paint and ink cans, etc., due to its good conductivity and heat conductivity.

Household Use: Household aluminum foil is widely used in cooking, baking, refrigeration and fresh-keeping, bringing convenience to daily life.

Battery Industry: Thin aluminum foil (12～16μm) is used as battery pole piece, which has good conductivity and can improve the energy density of batteries.
